What materials are your clothes made from?
We use high-quality , 100% pre-shrunk soft cotton.
Are the embroidered designs handmade or machine-made?
We use precision machine embroidery for consistency and durability.
Will the embroidery fade or come off after washing?
Not at all. Our embroidery is designed to last. Just follow the care instructions provided with each item.
How should I wash and care for embroidered clothing?
Wash with similar colours on a 30 degree wash, with similar colours. Wash and iron inside out and do not tumble dry. Avoid ironing on embroidery.
Do you offer a size chart?
Yes! Each product page includes a size chart to help you find the perfect fit.
Will the embroidery feel itchy or uncomfortable?
Not at all. We use soft backing and high-quality thread to ensure the embroidery doesn’t irritate your skin.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are made to order. This helps our overall impact on the environment and allows for more care and precision on our products. Orders take around 2 weeks from purchase to produce. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
